I reached out for a follow up with no response — it looks like the listing has not been rented out, and the link the app shares with me regarding this listing reads “error”. Just like the job market, I suspect the housing market is filled with scam posts. I have receive messages from landlords via email, but when I go to my profile on the app, there is nothing. Saved searches show no availability but there’s availability, saved search map boundaries change after saving (removing available properties from view), unable to delete save searches. They keep reappearing. Get notifications for properties I’m not interested in saying I’m interested, and multiple notifications for the same property in the same day. No way to view all the available properties for all your saved searches in one location. The ONLY reason to use the evil top platform is because so many places do applications and messaging through it. All three main competitors’ apps are absolute unstable trash.
