Horrible quality, I had to watch 3 to 4 episodes of my series in very unclear quality which blurred my whole screen, and I initially thought it was my device but every other app seemed perfectly fine except for this particular app. I paid for a whole year and it’s not even worth my money, I will not be renewing my subscription because there’s no point of watching stuff with blurred figures and constant lag. I hope they fix this issue because I initially had high hopes when I downloaded and paid for the app all the way from Canada. Hope they fix this extremely disappointing malfunction.

The streaming quality on the website is unacceptable. I have an 8 Gbps home internet connection, yet the picture quality constantly drops during action sequences, making the image blurry and impossible to see clearly. The video quality stabilization mentioned in your description is completely inaccurate and fails to deliver a consistent stream.
Additionally, there is no option to download content on the website, which is a major missing feature. Please fix the bitrate stability issues and provide a high-definition experience that actually matches the user’s internet speed.

I installed and subscribed to Hotstar thinking I’ll watch the series which I used to watch back in India but unfortunately some of the seasons are not opening at all. I tried to do everything but it’s not working. The episodes are not even starting. It’s like I wasted by money.

As soon as Jio Hot Star is turned on, the message to upgrade repeatedly appears on the display. After clicking on upgrade and going to the payment option, it says that it is not currently available. Does not take money and does not upgrade.

Worst app to use, after all that subscription you will get just ads buffering and hotstar server down every time. They need to fix it but still they are not even trying . We all need to uninstall and cancel our subscription that’s the only way they will know what they are doing to people who are getting them money.

I downloaded the app and subscribed to it and paid for a monthly subscription. I then cancelled my subscription immediately so that it is not auto renewed as I needed it for one month only. But they cancelled my subscription immediately though it was clearly mentioned on the app that I will have my subscription till the renewal date. They charged me money for nothing. This is a fraud and breach of terms and agreement.

The content is good, but the audio quality is really disappointing. The background music is so loud that dialogues are completely drowned out. You can’t enjoy watching anything properly, especially at night. This feels like a technical issue that needs urgent fixing. Watching a show shouldn’t be this annoying.

The buffering time is a lot, gives me a hard time to watch a show like it doesn’t start on time after clicking play. No section for continue watching. Even after selecting highest quality with hood connection, quality is poor. I was just trying to watch something but nothing would start it keeps buffering. Waste of my money looters.

I have paid for subscription for a year, now out of nowhere i try to login today and it's says i have to install jiohotstar. And since i live in Canada, it wouldn't let me install it. My money is gone and wasted.  Cuz it's wouldn't let me sign in on hotstar. Why only Indian companies do this fraud or scams. Without giving notice or anything , you change your entire platform?
