For the 2nd time now I booked a room that was a hotrate hotel that said it was pet friendly and it wasn’t. They did refund my money but I had to stay on the phone with customer service for almost 2 hours and in the end didn’t have a place to stay. It’s very frustrating and disappointing and I won’t be using this app again.

What is the point of signing in when the app doesn’t allow to use Apple Pay or the saved credit cards?  If I have to fill in the guest name with no option to pre fill, the credit card number, email address, etc on every transaction, why am I even logging in when I can’t access and use the information you already have… that’s lazy.

Don’t use.  The app froze on me, then ended up double booking, and charging, me.   Then, even after the hotel’s front desk person went out of her way to clarify that it was just me and that I didn’t need nor use a second room, Hotwire (truly owned by Expedia) had me stuck on a phone loop of blame passing back and forth to different people for 2.5 hrs, only to never (still haven’t refunded me.  Worst customer service experience EVER!!!!

The current location doesn’t work and they removed the map option for search results which makes knowing the locations difficult when reviewing the results. Better off using another platform.

Can’t switch to Canadian dollars because you need to enter a postal code and it only presents a number pad. 

So you are left booking Canadian hotels in US dollars and have no idea what the exchange will work out to. 

Broken links in the app so you can’t read reviews. 

Just very poorly done and has a scammy feel.
