Paired for 10 sec then dropped and now gear won’t heat at all

Bought the gear based on the notion of bluetooth control. On the rare times my phone can even find the jacket and connect, it drops it seconds later. I’ll be deleting the app and returning the gear promptly.

Seems to work well, but the lack of CarPlay is a huge oversight - I mean even chick-fil-A has a car play app!
Please add this functionality!!

I’ve been using this app with my Heated Liner for several months. It pairs up quickly and never seems to disconnect once paired. 

My only two complaints are the app doesn’t remember the last setting so you have to reset it each time and the app doesn’t have CarPlay support which would be great since so many devices and bikes these days are adding it. That would allow me to keep my phone off the handlebars. I hope this is coming soon?

Don’t know why all the negative reviews. Seems to pair well with both the jacket and pants. Reconnects as I would expect. Using an iPhone 14 Pro Max.
