## What is Hourglass Focus?

Hourglass turns your focus sessions into the growth of a world of your own.

Create a routine that works for you, start a session, and watch every completed round help your civilization evolve.

FOCUS YOUR WAY

• Set the duration of focus sessions and breaks.
• Choose how many rounds you want to complete.
• Pick a flexible mode that allows pausing or a stricter focus mode.
• Return to an active session without losing your timer.

BUILD A CIVILIZATION

Every completed session contributes to the development of a simulated civilization. Explore its map, meet its inhabitants, read its chronicle, and watch the world change over time.

REVIEW YOUR PROGRESS

Check your completed sessions, focused minutes, and accomplished rounds.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Your sessions, preferences, history, and civilization are stored locally on your device.
