## What is Hourglass?

Hourglass is a timer you watch instead of read.

Pick a time, choose one of ten sand colors, and tap Start. The sand falls grain by grain, piles up where it lands, and slides when you tilt your phone. Flip the phone over and it flows again, just like the real thing.

• Set anything from one minute to 24 hours
• Ten sand colors
• Pinch to zoom in up to 4× and watch the grains bounce and roll
• Tilt the phone and the sand leans, piles against the glass, and tumbles
• Flip the phone to restart, no buttons needed
• Tap to hide the numbers and keep only the sand
• No account, no sign-up

Built to be light on the battery: the glass and frame are drawn once, and the falling grains run on the system particle engine.

Hourglass is free and shows an ad when the sand runs out.
