It was a good learning app but I never received a notification 3 days before my trial ended. They claimed they would notify me, but it never came. As a result, I was charged $50 dollars without notice.

**Developer response:** Hi, we apologize for any inconvenience. Trial reminder notifications are scheduled automatically, but they can only be delivered if notifications are enabled for the app and may also be affected by iOS notification settings. We understand how frustrating an unexpected charge can be. Subscription billing and refunds are handled directly by Apple, and you can request a refund through Apple’s “Report a Problem” service.

It made you go through long onboarding, took my email, asked me many questions, asked for rating, and then shows you paywall, you have to pay to use

Learning tones was my hardest part, but the Foundations course with the tone trainer made it clearer. I can hear the native audio, then read and tap through pinyin while the app tracks my pitch. My pronunciation feels more consistent after a week of practice.
