Shocking that the way customers sign up for the app is where the bug exists. But problem is first you need to have at least one of these two socials(tiktok or instagram) with at least 10k subscribers to at least get noticed and messaged and this does not mean you are hired it means there should be another checklist of things to do before getting hired.
