## What is HourlyWork?

Hourlywork provides a platform for hourly workers to find the hourly jobs that they want, allowing them to work when they want and at places that are of interest to them. For employers, join a network where you can easily post jobs and find candidates for your hourly positions. Recruiting, scheduling, communications and tracking have never been easier for hourly work.

### 2.6.14 — 2024-06-27

The scheduling system has been highly improved:
- Events in company and personal calendars loads faster.
- Assigned employees are shown in the calendar view.
- Conflicting shifts now show in which schedule(s) the employee is assigned to.
- Added filters to the employee selection on coverage requests.
- Implemented Outlook calendar events synchronization.
- The Google calendar synchronization is now bidirectional.

### 2.5.10 — 2024-05-02

- The system now reminds the user it didn't apply if attempts to leave the job post detail after verifying the account completing the profile.
- If there are no results for job posts near the area of the job seeker, the default location filter is removed from the job post list.
- The compensation fields in job posts have been expanded to allow different compensation types and rate units (salary, hourly, commission only, volunteer) and additional compensations (commission, sign-on bonus, yearly bonus, tips, stock options, profit sharing, overtime). The job post cards now show this information and it's possible to filter the job posts accordingly.
- While adding or editing a job post, the changes are automatically saved as draft to avoid loosing information.
- Recruiters are able to create new job posts by copying an existing one.
- "On site" is now available as an option for the interview feature. Selecting this option allows the recruiter to add an address where the interview will occur.
- A note can be added when the recruiter cancels an interview, allowing to explain the reason of the cancelation.
- The number of connections from the company is now shown in the job post cards. Clicking on the indicator shows the list of connections.
- A conversation can be started directly from the conversations screen, selecting a team or connection to send messages to.
- A search bar has been added in the conversations screen, allowing to search by user or the messages content.
- When applying a filter in any list of the system, a red dot mark will be added to the filter button indicating that at least one filter has been specified.
- Employees are not allowed to do a check-in in shifts more than 24 hours in the future.
- Other fixes and minor improvements:
  - It's alllowed the same month/year of start and end date in job experience entries.
  - Searching by job title does not require an exact match.
  - Editing the profile in the education section didn't automatically update the list.
  - Working location was shown as an event in Google Calendar synchronization.
  - The system didn't allowed to edit a job post if the plan limit had been reached.
