My password was not accepted and the reset process did not work. Worst of all, the email address for support is an valid. The developer is focused more on advertising than core app functionality. The user experience has severely degraded over the years and is becoming more hassle than it’s worth. For example it takes several attempts to do a simple “Clock in at” because the save button doesn’t function for some reason. It used to be a great and reliable tool for my business. Unfortunately a year back and recently, there was a bug which made me to loose all my notes and payments confirmation for a several months. Currently I’m not even able to download the app to my iPhone. Also the alphabetical order of my clients is messed up. For each business is critical to keep evidence of services and their payments-unfortunately this app isn’t able to store and keep the data. ### 2/5 — Beware: clients no longer alphabetize *2026-04-11, version 3.9.10* UPDATE: The developer has stooped responding to my emails. My clients are now all out of alphabetical order and the app is super difficult to use because of this. ORIGINAL: I use this app for tracking all of my time with clients. It makes it super easy to keep track of my billing based on worked hours. The invoicing function could use some dressing up, but is fully functional and I depend on it. In as much, it has been very dependable and their syncing across devices has been flawless. I highly recommend this app for anyone that needs to keep track of hours and invoicing of clients. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — LOST DATA *2026-09-02, version 3.9.13* Lost 2 months of invoices, hours and sent multiple emails and no answer from support. I would NOT recommend at all! It worked good for a couple years but now I cant trust it i keep writing notes on paper incase it looses data again and that shouldn't be the case especially when I paid a membership. ### 1/5 — Support *2026-08-28, version 3.9.13* I have loved and used this app for years. Now with the latest update, I’m struggling to get logged in to find my historical data. I’ve reached out to customer support twice with no response. Now looking for a different app I can learn to love that deserves my loyalty. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS APP *2026-08-23, version 3.9.13* As others have said, your data will very likely get randomly deleted. As did mine. Quite literally, this app can’t do it’s one job: keeping track of your hours. One day I just opened the app like normal, and it was stuck at a log-in screen and would repeatedly say “something went wrong” upon trying to log-in. After updating the app, everything was gone. Which is obviously not acceptable for an app that is supposed to track of when and how much you’re paid. If you need to keep track of your time, writing it down in the notes app would be better than using this. I really wish this review was an exaggeration, but it’s not. Please do not waste time and possibly risk losing hundreds of dollars over a dysfunctional app like this. Just booted me out today and can get back any of my saved hours for 3 different clients!!! Reading other reviews someone had this same issue. So much for bug fixing. It was never the fanciest app, and it could be a little clunky at times, but it was reliable, easy to use, and the reporting features worked well. I hadn’t used it for a few months, and whatever update happened (or whoever took it over) has made it virtually unusable. All of my previous client information is gone. I tried recreating my clients and sending new invoices, only to discover that the emails never actually send. The app acts like they’ve been sent, but nothing is delivered and there are no error messages or notifications. I’m incredibly disappointed. Before these changes, I would have happily given this app 4 stars. Then today I was logged out and told I needed to sign in to polycents products to access hours keeper. I had to reset my password 3 times, it kept saying log in failed! Try again latter. 2 hours latter I got in but all my data is gone. I have tried to contact the provider but I have had no luck. I’m so disappointed. 7 months of work that hasn’t been concluded gone. It had a restore data option and when I pressed that it said it didn’t recognize me as a user and that I may have been deleted.
