## What is Hours Tracker?

Hours Tracker is the simple way to track your work hours and see what you earned: clock in and out with one tap, or add your hours by hand. All features require a subscription or a one-time purchase.

Whether you are a freelancer, a consultant, an employee paid by the hour or someone juggling several jobs, Hours Tracker works as your time clock, timesheet and pay calculator in one. Every shift lands in a weekly work log with total time, breaks and earnings, ready to export and share with your client or employer.

FEATURES:

TIME CLOCK
• Clock in with one tap and watch a live timer count your hours and earnings by the minute
• Start and end breaks while you are clocked in — break time is deducted automatically
• The clock keeps running when you close the app
• A job can deduct a break for you after a set number of hours — a real break you can still edit

TIMESHEET & MANUAL ENTRIES
• Add or edit work hours by hand: job, date, start and end time, breaks and a note
• Night shifts that end the next day are handled correctly
• Set a different hourly rate for a single entry when a shift pays more

WEEKLY WORK LOG
• See every shift of the week, day by day, color-coded by job
• Weekly totals for time worked, break time and earnings
• Flip back and forth between weeks, start the week on the day you choose and hide empty days

HOURLY PAY CALCULATOR
• Set an hourly rate per job and see your gross earnings for every shift and every week
• Amounts are shown in your local currency
• Overtime per job: past a weekly or daily limit, every extra minute pays your multiplier — in the clock, the log and the export
• Add a flat tax percentage and see an estimate of your take-home pay

MULTIPLE JOBS
• Create as many jobs as you need, each with its own name, hourly rate and color
• Switch jobs right from the clock

EXPORT
• Export your work log for any date range and any selection of jobs
• Share it as a PDF timesheet or a CSV file for spreadsheets
• Save a backup file of your jobs and hours and restore it on a new iPhone

CLOCK-IN REMINDERS
• An optional daily reminder per job, at the time you choose, so you never forget to clock in

PASSCODE LOCK
• Protect your work log with Face ID or your device passcode

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your data stays on your iPhone — no account, no sign-up, no server

Track your hours, know what you earned, and hand in a clean timesheet.
