## What is House Buddy?

House Buddy is the iPhone app you actually open on tour day. Paste any Zillow,
Redfin, or Trulia listing URL and we pull in the price, beds/baths, photos,
open houses, and everything else worth knowing. Drop houses onto a map, plan a
day of showings, take photos and videos of every room, and ask Kasa — our
on-device assistant — anything about home buying.

Everything runs on your phone. There's no House Buddy account, no analytics,
no upload to a backend. Your notes, ratings, and tags sync across your own
Apple devices via iCloud, and if you share a team with someone they get the
houses but not your personal scratchpad.

• Team data syncs via Apple's CloudKit shares — direct device-to-device,

Team notifications are more reliable. When a teammate adds a house, makes an offer, or votes, everyone on the team now gets a notification - even when House Buddy is closed or in the background. Open the app to see exactly what changed in the "What's new" section on each house.

Fixes a bug that prevented some Zillow listings — especially ones with
upcoming open houses — from importing correctly. Paste the URL again and
the listing should now save with full details.

• More reliable Zillow imports, with a clear "verify you're human" prompt and one-tap retry when a site blocks us.

Friendlier error messages when iCloud sharing can't complete. House
Buddy now tells you exactly what to do — free up iCloud space, turn
the app on in iCloud settings, or sign back in — instead of leaving
the invite screen spinning. Plus reliability improvements to the
team-invite flow.

Fixes an issue that prevented team invites from sending on some
devices. If you've been trying to share a team with a partner, a
family member, or a client, the invite flow now works end to end —
open Settings, tap your team, and tap "Invite people" to send a link.
