I puttthe correct password and login but just says side server error whatever that is!!! Useless ### 1/5 — Cannot access website or app *2022-11-06, version 4.4* I’ve been trying for the last few days to access the website and the app and all I’m getting is a blank page and the app just gives an internal error message. As I can’t access anywhere to report it I thought I’d leave a comment here. Also I would like to check my subscription as I had paid for the service and want to check I’m not still paying for something I can no longer access. Thanks. ### 1/5 — Dissapering App *2021-02-02, version 2.23* This App is a nightmare,while look at a property, if you touch it in the wrong place or maybe slightly firmer, you loose the app the screen goes black and the app is gone . It doesn’t communicate with the website so if you get messages on the App they don’t show on the website version . I deleted app & reinstalled it to see if this helped. But ended up losing my messages. ### 1/5 — Is it just me??? *2020-06-13, version 2.23* My photos don’t load the right way, and when I click on a property photo my screen just goes blank and I have to delete and reinstall the app to get back into it?? ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2019-09-16, version 1.5* You can’t actually do anything with this app- it just diverts you to the website via your browser. It rotates your photos even when you upload them the right way up, the character limits are too small to write a decent ad, and hardly anyone pays to read your details so you will get loads automated messages from inappropriate ‘matches’. On top of that, when you contact support to ask them to correct their own errors with your ad, they don’t reply. I see nothing to suggest that the paid version is any better- really poor customer service and possibly the worst app I’ve ever used. ### 1/5 — UTTERLY USELESS *2019-08-05, version 1.5* Keeps reverting to opening up in browser and keeps refusing to show my messages... took me less than ten minutes to delete it – don’t bother with downloading; it’s an utter waste of time! ### 1/5 — Matches? Like really????? *2019-07-11, version 1.5* Dear support team, Your website is a bit stressful and time consuming to navigate. First of all the app itself serves no purpose at all, so what’s the point of downloading it in the first place? All the app does is divert you back to the website?? Also I’m not able to filter exactly what i am looking for? For example, I’m looking for a one bed flat in a tower block in north London? It’s impossible to find this search?? If I’m looking for a flat with a garden? Again it’s impossible to filter this search. Another example a majority of the accommodation advertised don’t even have a pic of their property? Again so what’s the point? Unable to filter require to see ads that has pictures only? Do you get where I’m coming from? If I’m looking for matches, I see apartments that are listed all over the place? What’s the point in that when if I am looking for a flat in South West only?? This website and useless app is just time consuming and just waste my time. I’ve contacted several people and weeks later no response. In my observation this website should be like, and I’m giving an example here, so don’t get it twisted, what I’m about to say. I’m gay and I’m the past I’ve used an app called Grindr as I was curious about this dating website. So I’m using this as a comparison. On the Grindr app there are profiles that says nothing, no picture? And when someone nudges me or send me a message that has no picture, no profile? I decline wanting to even reply to this person because in my view, something is a bit shady and I ain’t got time to be wasting my time finding out what these 50 shades of grey are?? So relating it to your website, that’s exactly how I see it. I don’t want to be wasting my time sending a message to a profile that can’t even be bothered to upload a pic and use only your templated guidelines to promote their ad. Makes no sense to me. This should be their platform to promote themselves/apartment etc. Again when I look at the section that might be interested in my match. It’s so off putting to see loads of apartments scattered all over United Kingdom and again, a majority don’t even have pictures. So I ain’t got time to do the hard-work? as I see it that this app should be doing the hard work for me in the first place. Again pls take note, when I put my search for a one mile radius I also see apartments listed that are more than one mile away. This is pure craziness!!! It’s just a total waste of time. Again as I’ve just remembered. Hence why I’m adding it here. I send a message and the person I contacted doesn’t reply? That’s all good but here is the issue I have with this scenario?? As the person did not reply? I would like to delete my message so that he/she doesn’t see it. I’m not able to do so, I can delete it so that I don’t see that I sent it. What’s the point in that?? The other person still gets to see it. And the only way I can get them to not contact me is only by blocking them!!! Again what’s the point? I don’t know how it works on the other side, but they weeks later might respond back to me and maybe wondering why I’m not contacting them? Because they don’t know that I’ve blocked them?? This website is so outdated and does not impress me at all. Also has no appeal to want to entice me into wasting loads of time physically and mentally having to do the unwanted filtering that your website does not supply. Sort it out please. I have lots more to say but thus far I feel I’m wasting my time. You fail to even take note what people have reviewed about your app on the App Store. I use an iPhone. I have copied and pasted some of them for you to see. And still you’ve done nothing about it. Now the search function doesn’t work. You can only see the first page and nothing else. Deleted the app then reinstalled to see if this helped but it did not. When I click on app support I am taken to a 101 website??!! But has an issue with the photos. When you open a photo, it’s very difficult to close despite the X button being massive.
