First, when you clean the walls or something it becomes clean, but 5 seconds later or something it’s dirty again! Also, it feels so empty and the other two plots are VERY expensive and the other two are just there for you to use. How do you achieve more money? It doesn’t even seem like you can jobs other anything to get money. Honestly disappointed. Please fix this game. ### 1/5 — Nope, sorry, not for me *2019-12-17, version 1.1* Uh, ok, a review. Yeah. This game is not the best, not really. First, two of the plots are useless, and the others are too much money. There are only four plots, two empty. To make your own house takes FOREVER. Second, you have to watch a million ads to get money. I really don’t want to spend my time doing that. Half of the time the ad button doesn’t even work. And finally, cleaning takes forever and is pointless. After a few holds, the cleaner won’t even work. But if you do manage to clean something, after five seconds it’ll be dirty again. Another thing, there are two different types of walls, and they are both different colors. Sometimes you have to switch between the two on the same house and there is no way to paint things. One good thing about this game though is that I like the feeling of opening and closing doors. 😕Just not my game, sorry. I wish I had read the reviews before I had installed. I agree 100% 😞 ### 1/5 — Confusing!?!?!? *2019-12-01, version 1.1* When I played I thought I would be a pro at the game but so much for stupid and bad graphics it’s a scam! It’s was also really confusing, I was just trying to fix it and add furniture but I kept saying “You can only build in the construction of the house. And you can’t even do anything I don’t know why though!.... Just don’t get it. It’s a waste of space. ### 1/5 — Did they even try? this is the worst game in the App Store! *2019-11-05, version 1.1* Ok, so i got this game a few months ago, and it is the WORST game I will play in 2019. First of all, when you just get the game, I makes no sense. When I placed a door down, nothing happened. And then it said I could only build it inside. I just wish it would be like the STEAM on computer. Anyways, in overall, I WOULD give it 0 stars. I didn’t know what I was doing either. Could you add a tutorial? When I first started the game there were buttons on the bottom of my screen and it didn’t tell me what they where so I was already a little confused. Next the game bought a plan spot with just grass, no house for me to flip. I was really disappointed. Not even a minute in to the game I delete it. ### 3/5 — What’s going on *2019-07-14, version 1.1* I tried placing a floor down and it took the money away but it won’t show I’m using the first slot that is available that is clear and I’m trying to place a floor to build my freaking house but every time I place it doesn’t show but the grass can start and I can clean it and I get garbage from it so how do I make it show ### 1/5 — Worst game of the year award!!! *2019-07-13, version 1.1* To start when I put a floor down it disappears into the grass! There is no delete if I make a mistake in buying something I’m stuck with the purchase when the game first starts it’s very confusing I bought the first plot then I ended up with the second one that I didn’t want and with every single thing I do I’m bombarded with ads that give no reward I had to watch three ads to get a meek $2000 sorry not worth it I’m deleting this sorry excuse of a game right after this review sorry I couldn’t give a better review but this is an honest feedback I would delete and start again think what makes steam house flipper so good and try and put that into this game as it is now a one star game! I wish you could move the camera go you could see from above when building. I also don’t know why I downloaded it even after I read the reviews. ### 4/5 — Controlls a bit iffy but otherwise its good! *2019-06-18, version 1.1* I really don’t see what all these other reviews are about. I played the game for about 5 mins and already i have four walls and a roof! At the beginning, when you buy a plot of land there is not an indication to press the back button. Maybe make a continue button? Nonetheless it’s a pretty good game made with Unity. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Game is busted *2023-12-07* So, I tried this game in lieu of having a game like The Sims or House Flipper. I bought the first empty property and tried to build on it, you have to do one wall at a time and some don’t line up properly. Flooring as well is one area at a time and didn’t even display after buying two. Only the outdoor bricks worked which I was fine with (just wanted to build something) but the bricks don’t even line up. Remember less ads,roof, and the controls make them a little less difficult okay. I bought one of the houses provided and I can’t even move inside my house and a wall is missing. When I walk I feel like I am a turtle that’s how slow I am. There isn’t even any game instructions or tutorial. Not to mention the amount of ads that keep popping up which then I have to exit the app and reopen it again because I’m not wasting my time watching an ad that I don’t get coins for.
