All it does is provides a very basic calculator and if you try to access anything additional it takes you back to iTunes to buy more apps. It's basically a spreadsheet that you email to yourself for use and cannot input anything into it from the app. This is an incredible waste of $1.99 as your purchase is just a spreadsheet template you can get online for free. Good for these developers... they got one over in me. **Developer response:** Our app is a very detailed spreadsheet, its cross formulated to calculate everything for you, we pre-filled it with over 200 repair items, buy, sell and holding costs, financing calculators including interest only financing, holding time, and all the costs for purchasing and selling your flip.
