## What is House Matters?

House Matters is the working day of a home watch professional, in one app: today's route, the checklist at each door, the report that reaches the owner before you're out of the driveway, and the billing that follows.

TODAY
Open the app and see the day: which homes are due, which are overdue, and what each visit pays. Recent reports sit one tap away.

THE CHECK
Start a check and walk the house with the checklist the owner agreed to — tick items, note what you saw, photograph what needs photographing. Finish later if the day interrupts; nothing is lost.

THE REPORT
Every completed check becomes a clean, owner-ready report: everything you checked, your notes, your photos, and anything you flagged for their attention. It's the proof of work that keeps clients for years.

CLIENT HOMES
Every home you watch, with its whole file: the checks you've filed, the rate, what's unbilled, and the owner a tap away.

BILLING
Charges accrue as you work. Batch a family's visits into one invoice or bill per visit, send it, and watch it move from sent to paid.

THE OWNER'S SIDE
Your clients see their reports the moment you file them, in this app or on the web — the same record, both sides, no email chains. A homeowner can use House Matters for the home itself, too: who holds a key, who's staying when, what needs fixing, and what it cost.

Your first three client homes are free. House Matters Pro — unlimited client homes — is an auto-renewing subscription, $19 a month or $190 a year, billed to your Apple Account; cancel anytime in Settings.
