Well you can’t change the area code for your country, it’s defaulted to India’s code! So because I couldn’t log in, I couldn’t add the discounts on my account to the order. Not a happy customer! ### 1/5 — Worst Ever shopping experience. *2026-04-28* I ordered two Kurtis worth 4K from HOC. The product received was below of average quality due to which I raised a return request with HOC. The request was logged and the parcel got picked up however the money never got credited to my account. When I tried reaching out to HOC , their phone was either busy or they were not responding to my calls/ messages. It’s better to shop using Myntra and other renowned e commerce platforms but HOC.
