"We offer full body classic-meets-modern Joseph Pilates classes that will sculpt, shape and strengthen your body. 

Classes are limited to only 8 people to give you the attention and training you deserve. 

Our highly experienced instructors teach specially-designed techniques to ensure you are always challenged and reach muscle exhaustion every time.  

In each class, you will use at least two pieces of our state-of-the-art equipment and three props. They include: Balanced Body Rialto Reformer, Tower, Exo Chair, resistance bands, balls, blocks, band weights, rings and dowels.

Our studio is located upstairs in Brentwood Village with easy parking to make it convenient and enjoyable for you.
