This was a problem at least two years ago according to the other reviews, so the app developer knows about it and doesn’t ever plan on fixing it. Would have been nice to know that BEFORE I spent £100 on the headphones. I can create an account and log in, but when I try to pair my earbuds, the app can’t find them, even though it seems to find every other Bluetooth device in our home. They spent more money on models for the background than they did on development. Doesn’t find the speakers, doesn’t connect to them, and can’t complete any tasks without crashing. Just read the app description.. *2022-08-29* I’m seeing negative reviews because people didn’t read the full app description or info on the Marley site. For now, this is ONLY for Redemption ANC 2 earbuds. Once you realize that, you’ll be a happy camper. I’m able to customize my sound profile and I like being able to change my touch controls. It’s a first for the company so I’m sure it’ll only get better as they go along.
