Here’s what’s wrong: 1. It crashes constantly. I’ve lost bookings mid-checkout multiple times. That’s not a minor inconvenience — that’s a trust problem. 2. The design is unintuitive. Finding basic information like itinerary details or cancellation policies requires digging through layers of menus that make no sense. Other travel apps solved this years ago. 3. Key features are missing or broken. [e.g., offline access, real-time flight updates, easy rebooking] — these aren’t nice-to-haves, they’re table stakes for a travel app in 2026. I want to keep using your service, but the app makes that genuinely difficult. This needs serious attention from your product and engineering teams — not a cosmetic refresh. Fix it. ### 1/5 — Absolutely hopeless app *2025-09-06, version 2.1.2* Half way through our travels this app does an update requiring a log in with a new password. Do this and try to retrieve our travel plans and cannot do so. Contact House of Travel on the contact link and nothing! Lucky we have a printed copy of our plans so the only thing lost was the convenience of the app on our phones. Don’t even get the option on the website.
