As we’ll display all products available eg travel card to save money towards a fare for a big OE ### 2/5 — Hopeless *2024-05-05, version 1.4* Trying to add in events outside those booked with HOT impossible! Don’t even get the option on the website. It is a sad reflection on HOT, especially when compared to the high level of professionalism exhibited by the HOT executives. Please review and update/upgrade. ### 2/5 — Not Good *2022-03-13, version 1.3.5* Seriously guys I suggest you do some more in house testing on various scenarios in which people use this app. Especially for the first time. UI is terrible and hangs or has weird delays with modals. Select flights enter all of your details then want to book and then flights aren’t available so have to go through the whole process again. I shouldn’t have to keep entering y address on new searches as a new user since I bothered to create an account. Total subpar rookie app. Took my money elsewhere. ### 4/5 — Dino *2018-02-10, version 1.2.14* Very helpful, loved the fact that you can see an itinerary update which is very exciting! The only frustrating part is when viewing a deal, not being able to go 'back' to look at another. I have to go back through the Deals option then re-navigate to the destination. We first used this App two years ago and reported issues to HOT via our Consultant and App support to be helpful with a struggling product. This is our third big trip in 18 months through HOT and we would say both the app and HOT Support of the App are very poor. If it was associated with a brand of mine I would delete it immediately until accurate. If it is not reliable why would you promote it? If it is only accurate 75 percent why risk it? All other dealings with HOT have been first class. Why spoil the ship for this incomplete,unreliable piece of code that after years can't get right? PS ,after I pointed out the Apps inaccuracy over some issues recently the Help Desk replied to me that the problem was with iPhones only. Hello !!! Here’s what’s wrong: 1. It crashes constantly. I’ve lost bookings mid-checkout multiple times. That’s not a minor inconvenience — that’s a trust problem. 2. The design is unintuitive. Finding basic information like itinerary details or cancellation policies requires digging through layers of menus that make no sense. Other travel apps solved this years ago. 3. Key features are missing or broken. [e.g., offline access, real-time flight updates, easy rebooking] — these aren’t nice-to-haves, they’re table stakes for a travel app in 2026. I want to keep using your service, but the app makes that genuinely difficult. This needs serious attention from your product and engineering teams — not a cosmetic refresh. Fix it. ### 1/5 — Absolutely hopeless app *2025-09-06, version 2.1.2* Half way through our travels this app does an update requiring a log in with a new password. Do this and try to retrieve our travel plans and cannot do so. Contact House of Travel on the contact link and nothing! Lucky we have a printed copy of our plans so the only thing lost was the convenience of the app on our phones.
