I asked for a refund, to which customer service would not oblige on their end. They told me they would send out another plant instead of refunding, which I declined. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get my money back. Customer service and I went back and forth in our email exchanges for a week, where they were extremely unprofessional towards me and very petty. They then started stalking me on social media through my email that I registered with. I just purchase some super cheap heat packs to be added to my shipment and I’m good to go! Guys seriously, don’t hesitate to shop with them.
