My plant arrived damaged, with broken stems, burnt leaves, and pests in the soil. I asked for a refund, to which customer service would not oblige on their end. They told me they would send out another plant instead of refunding, which I declined. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get my money back. Customer service and I went back and forth in our email exchanges for a week, where they were extremely unprofessional towards me and very petty. They then started stalking me on social media through my email that I registered with. I don’t recommend this shop.

I love The House Plant Shop. There’s always a super broad selection and their prices are low! I’ve purchased many of my plants from them and I’m always happy. It’s incredible how well the plants are packed. My local UPS, FedEx, and USPS drivers are savages and my plants are always still in perfect condition when I receive them! I live in West Virginia and have even ordered plants in the dead of winter. I just purchase some super cheap heat packs to be added to my shipment and I’m good to go! Guys seriously, don’t hesitate to shop with them. They’re incredible!
