## What is House to House Records (New)?

Record not-at-home's in field service with one hand! 

House to House is designed to make recording not-at-home's and future return visits from your field ministry fast and easy.

How to use House to House:

1. Create a new record when you begin field service on a new street, adding the street name and the range of numbers to use.

2. House to House creates a grid of numbers, representing possible address numbers.

3. Time to record an address that was a not-at-home or that will be a return visit? Find the number in the grid. Tap once if it is a not-at-home. (The rectangle will become orange.) Tap twice if it will be a return visit. (The rectangle will be dark blue.) The third tap on a rectangle will clear this information. (The rectangle will become light blue again.)

I didn’t find it user friendly. The update made it even worse. I found my not-at-homes under return visits. Thanks for the effort.

This a very simple way to record NH’s. The export/send feature is great. The custom symbols work good also.  5 stars if the address grid was more customizable, with the ability to remove numbers or type in your own.

### 2.0.1 — 2025-05-20

I’ve been reviewing feedback from the brothers and sisters about the new update, and I want to apologize to those disappointed about it. The 2.0 update was an attempt to ensure that the app will work in both the current and the next version of iOS, but to do so I had to make some significant layout changes (particularly, how to access the return visits screen and the settings screen). I have to conclude that more of you wish I had not updated the app than who do not, so I’m reverting it the previous version. This should also allow those who couldn’t access return visits in the 2.0 version to access them again, now that the app looks exactly as it did before.

### 2.0 — 2025-04-23

New design to be more compatible with the most recent versions of iOS and future versions of iOS.

Please note that, because of this change, the document-based app can no longer present a tab bar when it opens. As a result…

- There is no longer an “On My iPhone” tab or an “On My iPad” tab. Now, documents are opened only through the document browser. Since there’s no longer a page to compare the number of not-at-homes, return visits, and notes for multiple records, a new (optional) status bar has been introduced. When a document is opened, the status bar can display the number of not-at-homes, return visits, and notes for that one record.

- The Return Visits page has moved. To access it, open an h2hrecord document, select the "More Options" button (···) in the upper-right corner, and select "Return Visits" in the menu. There you can also find the Settings page.

Backup returns to file: now you can create a backup file of your return visits. Look in the More Options menu (•••) in the upper-right corner of the Return Visits screen.

Create PDF file : you can create a PDF of all the information in your Return Visits screen to print or save to file.

### 1.0.7 — 2024-06-25

Add House Number: add individual house numbers to an existing record by typing the address number. Regardless of the type of record, you can add address numbers that are only numbers or address numbers that are number-letter combinations (like 123A) to the grid or to the slip. Look in the More Options menu in the top right of the screen.

Delete House Number: If you need to remove individual numbers from the grid, you can enable deleting numbers in the settings screen. Afterwards you will see the option in the context menu for a number once you long-press it.

Go to Number: in grid view, you can select this option in the More Options menu. Type the address number to scroll down to it in the grid. 

Add Notes to the “On My iPhone” screen: long press the street’s name in the list and, in the context menu, select “Add Note”.

Also, bug fixes.
