Subscription information:
Upgrades to a paid subscription are through an in-app purchase. There are 3 different plans, starting at $59/month, that are flexible to your business’ needs.

Payment for the subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

I love this app when it’s working properly. Most of the time it won’t let load the app and to many updates. But no issues on the computer

It was very challenging to get the hang of. There are many common functions that are different for when working in different areas so it can be very difficult to do simple tasks, like deleting an event vs how you delete a job. So this can be very frustrating at times.  But the AI assistant for support is great and often very fast.  Support is good too. They also didn’t cancel a feature at the time I cancelled it, and never refunded the extra subscription I paid for.  But in spite of all this I know love the program overall and my business is more profitable now with it and I have more time for other things, like work on company growth.  I highly the app but I would warn you it’s not going to be a roast start, but in time it will become an essential business tool.

They have a phone support. Called them two times regarding the same issue. Non of two people knew anything about their own policies and Housecall’s programs. I also spent two days with their email support. And they are using human names for AI bots…or humans just copy and paste ridiculous responses.

Unreliable , has failed to send out invoice via email on multiple occasions to different customers causing delay in payments .. the most basic feature (sending out an invoice) is unreliable , when talking to customer support they stated “ we are aware multiple pros are experiencing this issue thanks your patience “ as if thousands of dollars worth of invoices sitting in limbo is not a urgent matter if you run a service based business where your processing on the spot payments or sending invoices to get paid same day this isn’t the app for it

Generally good, should add a way to make payments via tapping a card directly on phone while app is open instead of entering card details manually every time. We work a high volume so that extra time spent adds up. Not to mention the occasional wariness of the client asking if entering it manually is safe.
