But I got it hoping all the home info I put online would be available on the app. It is not — service reminders, home specifications, etc are only available to view online. ### 5/5 — Very Convenient! *2020-10-02* I submitted a request for roof and eave cleaning (on a Sunday) via the app and it was a very smooth process. A Concierge got back to me the next day and the service was completed within a few days!!!
