## What is Household?

Household-OS helps a family run the day without scattering chores, schedules, lists, rewards, and screen time across separate apps.

Parents can:

• Set daily duties and see what is finished.
• Keep family schedules, household lists, meals, and routines together.
• Review photo proof and respond to a child's request.
• Set rewards and earned entertainment time.
• Use Apple Screen Time controls to shield selected entertainment apps until responsibilities are complete.
• Receive native notifications for items that need attention.

Kids get a clear view of what is expected, what they have earned, and why entertainment is open or locked. The Screen Time selection stays private on the device, and Household-OS does not use advertising or sell family data.

Household-OS is designed for real households, including children who move between homes. Each household keeps its own membership and settings while the child's day remains understandable.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-30

This update improves daily Screen Time enforcement so an expired allowance cannot reopen selected entertainment apps on a later day. It also corrects the address used to open the Household-OS dashboard.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-11

New families can now request access directly from the welcome screen. This update also improves private beta onboarding and gives the Household-OS operator a reliable signal when a new app copy is opened for the first time.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-10

No release notes.
