It burns more hearts if you use the multiplier while touring so if i do it x5 and miss 2 questions im out of hearts we should be able to spend hammers or the money we earn IN APP to purchase more hearts losing hearts and only getting 10 ot having to wait hrs for a few more is TERRIBLE sometimes i wanna delete the game because of this poor feature ### 3/5 — Glitch? *2026-09-05, version 0.14.2* Just had hundreds of millions of dollars disappear. But man, I’ve played maybe 15 minutes and I can’t do reno, can’t sell, can’t do anything because I am out of hammers. I even put the game down for 4 hours and came back and I still can’t do anything. Unfortunately, as in a lot of great games, the fun is taken out of it by having to purchase a lot of hammers to renovate. I don’t mind spending a few dollars on a great game and I bought some, but they’re used too quickly and it costs way too many to enter events. I love real estate and house flipping so to be able to pretend like you’re on Zillow or something like that is pretty cool. I would say the only thing I wish would be that it didn’t take so long to get hearts or the hammers for repair. Maybe have an option for players to watch an ad or something because it takes a very long time. I’ve tried it three separate times, and each time the ad gets stuck and never finishes. I have to close the game completely to get out of it. However, I think better instructions or need it and I can’t find them anywhere. For instance, what do you receive if your group takes over an area? What do you get when you reach different levels? How long does it take to get a new region added? I also think it takes too long to renovate a house or to sell a house. I just renovated a house and it says it’s going to take four hours which I find a long time. It is fun to use different styles to see how the house is going to turn out and the side games are fun. ### 4/5 — Very fun and addictive ! *2026-08-21* Absolutely LOVE the game and is very addictive and love looking at all homes. Only caveat is it’s very expensive to go premium and generally more expensive than I believe it should be. Since it’s very addictive, if you don’t have the premium it feels the game moves so much slower and there’s less you can do. Also when I’m doing some of the renovations the results sometimes aren’t possible due to overlapping furniture (glitch with AI) or when I renovated a house with a broken ceiling the renovation didn’t fix the broken ceiling but just put random other mismatched wood on it. I think with a few tweaks the game as a whole would be 5 stars and I love the concept of playing realtor. ### 3/5 — Very fun game *2026-08-17, version 0.13.10* Very nice game but I wish that you had unlimited lives. ### 4/5 — Great Game - Needs a Little Work Though! *2026-08-13* Just started playing and it’s super enjoyable so far. Love that there are no adds, looking through Zillow listings is fun, I’m focusing on Tampa as my first location because I ❤️ the city and interesting to see prices. Appreciated the quick earnings for touring and the earnings on owned properties. A few tweaks are necessary to hold my interest for the long haul: - Takes far to long to get adequate hammers for sales and renovations - Renovations are poor at best. It would be way more fun if all photos of a particular room were updated to illustrate a complete renovation. For instance the entire kitchen versus just one wall. - Reno’s and sale listings are just too costly to do often, especially for the higher quality, but this is required to move up and complete tasks. - I’ve already spent money on the game but pretty evident that full satisfaction would be very costly 😢 - It would be nice to browse other teams prior to leaving the one I’m in. Currently they aren’t super active and I’d like to check out others to decide if I want to change. ### 4/5 — Milking for Cash *2026-08-12, version 0.13.8* Dude. This game. I had a 72 day streak. Now the game is saying it was broken and that I’ve used my monthly repair except I never broke my streak…. But for $10 I can save it. It’s bad enough they force feed you the Pro version. But this? This is insane. ### 4/5 — Excellent idea bizarrely executed *2026-08-11, version 0.13.8* The price guessing mechanic is straight up bizarre and unfair. I hate that it gates more content for you to get through. I even paid for premium or whatever it’s called and I still find the touring to be offensively unsporting. Otherwise, it’s a fun idea. Cool way to see the world of Zillow while building a real estate empire. Update: The guessing has become better I guess. Less grueling. However, the payouts from owned properties is really low still. It would take real life months to break even on buying the in game properties with in game cash. ### 3/5 — Only Fun In Paid Version *2026-08-11, version 0.13.8* Update 08/2026: Still a fun game, but a few notes: WOULD BE COOL: - If they have you a chance to build your own house or buy land. PROS: - No ads! Please never change that!! CONS: - If you are using the free version of the app, it is very hard to succeed through levels and every single aspect of the game will be prolonged. Ex: in the unpaid version, you have to click on each city and wait for it to count the revenue from each house. If you leave too quickly, it was not give you the full revenue and you have to go back. You have to wait for the bubbles to stop floating and when all the houses turn into check marks you can exit out to the next area. When you have 40+ houses, it’s annoying. - I don’t like that listings expire. I know it’s trying to be realistic to the true nature of real estate deals, but it’s pretty annoying to do a bunch of tasks to generate enough hearts to sell a house and then you come back to an expired listing if you’re not constantly on the game. Then you have to start the process all over again and sometimes you don’t have enough hearts so you can’t play at all (unless you pay). - I let someone play the game and they wanted to see if they could join another team. They left the team I was on and when I joined agin I was locked out of all the cities I helped them take over. There should be some kind of warning that pops up and tells you that you will loose your status completely, including millions of game dollars in Takeover Tax, if you leave your team even if it is just for a few seconds. - One of my areas is Eado, Houston. For the past few weeks I just keep getting shown the same homes in tours so I just keeping buying and selling the same houses over and over. Boring. So I don’t care about playing in that city anymore. ——- 05/2026: I love this game! I like that it shows real neighborhoods so it’s real-world understanding of the housing market. This is a great tool for someone who is a new agent or wants to be because it helps you master learning how to price homes based on market and property/land value rather than what they look like aesthetically. I know it’s still new so I would recommend the following changes: maybe allow users to watch advertisements to refill their hearts! Hearts refill way too slowly, maybe it should 60 minutes to refill ten hearts? Instead of 10 hours? Also can you make the map more detailed? Whatever the multiplier thing is was not explained well and is just stupid. I lost over 70K hammers by doing two renovations and now if you get a question wrong while doing a tour you lose multiple lives. Undo the app update with the multipliers. And change the progression of tours and such between cities. There is so much room. Since I’ve played for long the hammer cost aren’t too concerning but I can imagine new players getting deterred. And scale clan rewards up better.
