## What is HouseMapr?

HouseMapr helps buyers discover homes for sale on a map instead of scrolling through endless listing feeds.

Search around the localities that matter to you, compare nearby options, save useful searches, and contact property owners directly. Owners can post flats, independent houses, villas, and studios with asking price, token amount, photos, location, and contact choices.

What you can do:
- Explore homes from a map-first home screen
- Compare prices across nearby localities
- Filter by budget, property type, bedrooms, furnishing, facing, parking, and ownership details
- Save searches and enable alerts for matching properties
- Favourite homes and revisit them later
- Contact owners directly from the listing
- Post and manage sale properties as an owner
- Track views, saves, enquiries, and lead activity
- Report listings and manage account privacy controls

HouseMapr is made for the Indian home-buying journey, with Indian pricing, direct owner contact, and simple Indian English throughout the experience.
