First the app is clearly new and trying something completely different, so you won’t find a many properties and there might be quirks but u won’t knock them, because they completely rethink how renting should work. On onboarding I set up my bills and invited my tenant, now we can track monthly. I can also do early bird listings for free, something others charge for. I’m excited to see where this goes!

The app addresses as a gap I also have as a tenant in London and I have to admit it provides such an easy way of managing all of the matters you have to handle as a tenant in one place with an simple and easy interface too. The flexibility in being able to modify items too is great. Definitely space for more improvements in terms of new functionality but in my opinion the best app within this category by far.

Still a beta version… Try to connect with my existing old account and the password reset email never arrives. Registered new account and while I do the first setup the app crush.

This is a game changer. Before I dreaded having to have discussions about property maintenance with my landlords face to face or by WhatsApp. Now it’s as simple as logging a ticket with pictures. Serves as a clean audit trail for everything maintenance/financial which was a frustratingly manual process before Maison!!
