For payments, the app takes a cut and processes in 5-7 days, but that’s a small price to pay for an amazing all round app. So much potential here and love the design. Recommend for anyone renting in a houseshare! ### 5/5 — A must have for renters 🙌 *2023-03-01, version 1.11* The app just improved so much and customer support has been great. Been using with my flatmates and it’s been really easy to invite and get started by just adding their email and them signing up. The payments features are advanced yet so intuitive. The dashboard design is amazing and all forums app is great to use. There isn’t anything that comes close! The app is free for 2 housemates including myself otherwise it requires a subscription which is still fairly cheap for what it does. Just wish there was a split expenses feature, but requesting and logging expenses has been great for us. Definitely recommend for flat sharers or landlords 👍🏼 ### 5/5 — Landlords need to try this app! *2022-06-15, version 1.5* This app is seriously a great one-stop-shop for managing rentals. I have multiple properties and love the ability to oversee all of them and my tenants in one place. At such an incredible price point too, compared to using Agents, I feel empowered to take the management of my rentals back into my own hands with Maison. Registered new account and while I do the first setup the app crush. iPhone 15pro last iOS version. ### 2/5 — Very basic functionality, not suitable for landlords. *2022-07-31, version 1.8* Giving two start for the clean UX, from landlords perspective, too few functionalities that would justify using this app. Better apps already exists. ### 5/5 — Refreshing take on renting *2025-07-14, version 1.39.1* First the app is clearly new and trying something completely different, so you won’t find a many properties and there might be quirks but u won’t knock them, because they completely rethink how renting should work. On onboarding I set up my bills and invited my tenant, now we can track monthly. I can also do early bird listings for free, something others charge for. The app addresses as a gap I also have as a tenant in London and I have to admit it provides such an easy way of managing all of the matters you have to handle as a tenant in one place with an simple and easy interface too. The flexibility in being able to modify items too is great.
