It is total waste of time ### 1/5 — Assigned RM is always in leave *2026-03-25* One guy Vikram from support team asked me to take a plan for rental property search he said fresh 20 properties have been listed in the area you are looking for rented apartment, after taking the plan they assigned one RM Hina Khan , she always message your RM is on weekly off or she message I tried reaching you but she never reached me , also RM are not supportive , they don’t share any property details specifically as per your requirements, so many internal brokers have posted the properties as owner and later they say if it is posted by broker you need to pay brokerage , there is no verification from housing side that the owner who has posted the property is actually owner or a internal society broker . It’s been a month after taking the plan there is not even a single property they have shared Also when I wrote email about refund they said it isn’t refundable I would suggest not to waste your money in any in plans from housing Also whoever write the genuine review they mark it as scam or fraud I am unable to paste their screenshots of messages Below messages are sent everyday Hey Home Seeker! Steals your personal information ! ### 1/5 — No brokerage properties? It’s a joke. *2026-02-15, version 7.6.0* I took premium subscription to find no brokerage properties. Then realized the “no brokerage” properties are also posted by brokers. Haha what a joke! They definitely have a lot of options to choose from, unlike nobroker. But it’s truly difficult to find owner properties. Even though you find some, you’ll sense them being fake listing as the rent is excessively low and no pictures posted of the same. The relationship manager whoever is assigned, not sure what their job is. They’ll call you to welcome to the premium service and then suggest you randomly some options just for the sake of their job. Pretty useless i found. ### 1/5 — Scammers and frauds *2026-02-10* I wanted no brokerage 1 bhk appartment when i logined through my number they called me . The person name was seema( miss khatoon in whatsapp) she told she will be my manager and asked me to take membership for the no brokerage property if i wanted to acess the numbers of the property . When i bought the membership she there will be other manager namer jaspreet kaur who will gelp me with this. I gave the details related to budget and others things like location etc . When asked fir updates after 24hrs thete no reply , then i contacted on whatsapp to the main manager seema she said dont worry it takes 24-48 hrs i said atleast some suggestion should be given as i wanted to shift immediately she told me to wait. Again after 48hrs i asked them any updates there was no reply. So please i request you not to buy any membership they are scammers dont give any suggestion. However, no property recommendations were provided for more than three weeks. A relationship manager (RM) was assigned, but there was no response from them. Due to the lack of property options and communication, I requested a refund. I was then informed that the search process was still ongoing. Throughout this process, I experienced repeated delays, inconsistent information regarding refund terms, and limited responsiveness. Based on this experience, I recommend carefully reviewing the refund policy and service terms before upgrading to the premium plan. ### 1/5 — Scam-Like Experience, Fake Properties Everywhere *2026-01-20, version 7.5.8* Worst experience ever with Housing.com. The app is full of fake listings and fake calls. Most of the properties shown do not exist at all. Customer support is completely useless and does nothing to resolve these issues. Housing.com is unreliable and unsafe for genuine users. This app wastes your time, invades your privacy, and gives false hopes to people seriously looking for a home. Total waste of time. Avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — Worst Property App – Complete Waste of Money *2026-01-07, version 7.5.7* This is the worst app I have ever used. All the listed properties are already rented out, and they provide outdated or incorrect contact numbers. The sales executives keep calling day and night to push users to upgrade to a premium plan, but once you upgrade, they stop responding and do not listen to your concerns at all. When you request a refund through customer support, they simply say it is not covered under their policy. The overall execution is extremely poor and highly disappointing. Please do not waste your hard-earned money on this app. It feels like a complete scam. ### 1/5 — Seller Owner package- save your money rather reach out to estate agents. *2025-12-23* Their packages are expensive and useless, while selling us ideas such as property boosting and matching buyer. Explanation of few terms- matching buyer- a person who is looking property in a wider region (can be different town to yours). Boosting- they say your property will be at top for designated period but it isn’t, because there are estate agents who’s properties are first showcased to yours, and even amongst owners your won’t be shown first, second or third. Leads- people who are actually “organically”looking for property in your area who would each you out- these are genuine people who are rare on such platforms. Their relationship manager won’t reach out to you frequently. All this was figured out by me when I saw a pattern and asked explanation for it. When explaining they say, people who look for property in that area are the ones who are matching buyers. You will have direct access to their contact as they are interested in specific projects which sounds like a good lead. But after buying the package you get to know the reality, the matching buyer and boosting or a relationship manager who you pay extra cash for. These RMs will do nothing other than sending a message every week that there are no leads, when you ask them what they are doing to generate leads they’ll say that’s not their job, they are only there to report any interactions on your property. Initially they had promised ads in social media like Facebook but they did no such thing. They just want to get some money out of you for doing nothing. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-10-24, version 7.5.1* Please don’t purchase their membership they will scam you and the property owners are also with them . Once you’ll purchase their plan they will say that RM will help you but they wont also the listed properties which will be shown as available once you’ll call the owner they will tell you that its rented out , they will show you fake available property so that you think it will save the brokerage cost but in reality there will be no real property available or they will not answer your calls. Just dont waste money on this fraud scams you will think that you are saving money by not giving brokerage but they will not help you at all. ### 1/5 — Error *2025-10-01, version 7.4.9* Always error msg come ### 1/5 — Complain *2025-09-25* I’m really disappointed with the way this has been handled. It’s been more than 48 hours, and my money is still not transferred. Now you’re saying it’s a technical issue, which honestly feels like just another excuse. On other platforms like Paytm and Phone pay gets credited immediately, but with you, even after two days, nothing has happened. This is giving a very bad experience and feels like customers are just being ignored. If my money is not credited within the next one hour, I will be compelled to share this negative experience on all social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, to make others aware of the poor service. Not worth it at all. They will force you to buy the premium package. And honestly it was a very bad decision. Days will go by and your assigned RM wouldn’t be able to find you a single property. They are unreachable most of the time and when connected will have the same reply that they are trying but can’t find anything. Even after multiple complaints, no one would even do the courtesy of reaching out to you. And they wouldn’t refund your money. Complete waste of money and time. A complete scam. Either go for no-broker or simply go with an agent. ### 1/5 — Fraud and scam app *2026-06-02, version 7.6.7* I would personally recommend never use this application . I was about to get scammed by an owner who said he was an owner . Trust me this is the worst application and a fake application ever . I have spent 800 something to get registered hut all the numbers they put up is fake , the pictures are fake and the owners too . They will tell you to share govt id and a photo, if you tell them you are coming to visit , post that they would ask 2000 rupee so that they can make your visiting id in the society . Which society ask money to visit when you are coming to check out on flats from the same society ? I would request to ban this app or els i would files a legal complaint against it . ### 1/5 — Dislike this app for their active concealment of important information to sell the product *2026-05-30* As much as I like the listings on this app, when you pay for the premium services, not good listings are available for customer to check out. The service manager clearly set out that we’ll be directly speaking to the owners while it was concealed that such listings are applicable ONLY on the owner listed properties. I categorically had asked the customer service representative whether no brokerage fees is required to be paid on any property and the response was yes. Even if you take assisted plan RM will not help you out. Just for sake of maintaining record they will give you few property which is already available on the platform. You have to keep following up with RM and they will hardly respond. And they will give missed call and say you are not available. If you complaint to customer care they will also not help you out. When you ask to cancel the subscription they will say wait for few weeks to get good property. What’s the point of taking subscription of you have to wait. I downloaded Housing.com to find a rented property and was aggressively called by their sales team to upgrade to a premium membership. They promised that by paying, I would get direct access to owners and wouldn't have to pay any brokerage. The moment I paid and got access to the "owner" contacts, the reality came out. I called a listing owner immediately, and he had absolutely no idea that his property was even listed on Housing.com! In fact, he didn't even have a house available for rent. The poor guy was incredibly frustrated because he was getting bombarded with calls from desperate tenants like me. I actually had to explain to him how his number got leaked on this platform. Housing.com is literally scraping old data, putting up fake listings, and charging users money for "verified" leads that don't exist. They are scamming hard-working people for nothing. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Avoid this app at all costs! ### 1/5 — Great Experience *2026-05-14* One word ,doesn’t fall for the scam they are about to say regarding finding a house for you or help you . their agents will be in snooze mode until and unless you are not complaining again and again . My experience- I paid for the subscription and until you dont complete the payment the sales guy will be after you even though you say you are travelling or in an emergency or dying in the hospital , the sales executive will be on the call till you don’t make the payment . they will come up with a great deal and provoke your . You made the payment after that they will assign you a representative she or he will call you will assure you to find a good place for you and then sent you the 1-2 links with the details of agent . you will reply and then they will ghost you . best part they have no number to contact the help centre only the mail id to complain. I complained they changed the representative. fair enough. Then that representative will ghost you after a week you compliant again . all of a sudden you get a call and stating she or he was confused about the locality that is why they couldnt find a house . ask you to share the location on whatsapp . oh oh best part few of them don’t use whatsapp. now again two day she is confused and no reply . And the best part is they don’t have refund policy because they know they are in the market to rob people . guys don’t fall for the fake reviews. I don’t know how many of you will read this review before them deleting it with the special request. but I make sure every time they delete it i will post my genuine review to save from this scam . don’t fall for this. ### 1/5 — Fraud app & peoples (housing excutive) also *2026-05-07* Fraud app and their executives make tons of calls to convince you to buy plans. After you buy the plan and pay the money, they give no response, block you on WhatsApp and calls. The RM (Relationship Manager) who gives the plan for service doesn’t have even one property matching your requirements. Before buying the plan, they tell you we have lots of properties, 75+. After buying, they show only 4 properties, and those don’t match your requirements either. Before I agreed to buy the plan, I shared my requirements with the executive—he said first buy the plan, nothing else. So don’t trust them or buy any plan; you’ll suffer a loss. Basically, it’s a fake app—don’t download it.
