They don’t take your calls, try to scam your money. ### 1/5 — Avoid Housr at All Costs – Total Scam on Security Deposits! *2025-09-15, version 2.0.2* Do NOT waste your time or money on Housr – it's a nightmare from start to finish! All my complaints during my stay were mostly ignored, and after vacating, the manager claimed it would take 45-60 days to return my security deposit. It's now been over two months, and I've received zero updates or refunds despite my relentless efforts. I've called the manager and cluster manager countless times – before the deadline, during, and long after – but they've ghosted me entirely, refusing to respond to any messages or calls. Yet, on checkout day, they were ridiculously prompt, troubling us and not allowing even a few extra hours to properly vacate. This is blatant unprofessionalism!
