311 app makes reporting issues like these easier than ever. The app uses GPS to identify
your location and also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request.

still no iPad support… and the app hasn’t been updated in over three years. It feels like abandoned-ware, especially since when if report an issue, it’s automatically flagged as “resolved“ without the issue actually being fixed.
