It keeps giving me an error message. I deleted and reinstalled the app with no success so I will delete it. ### 2/5 — Digital holds don’t show *2025-08-17* App doesn’t show digital holds waiting. Still have to use the main website. What’s the point of the app then if I can’t see and retrieve my digital holds. ### 5/5 — This is amazing *2025-06-09* I love having all these ebooks available while home or traveling! I only wish that when an ebook that you had on hold becomes available the checkout button worked. I have to cancel the hold and hope there isn’t anyone on hold in line behind me. It says I can listen thru a browser -- if I login again -- and for the login process, it asks for a pin, but it really means a password. For the last few weeks, though, it has not been updating my Holds—it shows my place in line, even though I already checked out and returned both titles. When I click on the titles, I get an error message. I finally decided to delete the app and download it anew, but now I can’t even log in to the new download because it says it’s unable to connect to the server.
