## What is Hovie?

Hovie is a lightweight food and water diary for users who want to keep a balanced daily rhythm without calorie counting or medical-grade tracking. Instead of overwhelming you with complex data, Hovie uses a simple checklist of five food groups, meal types, fullness notes, dining scenes, and water taps to help you visualize your day through structured Today Cards.
You can quickly track water progress, review daily rhythm, and browse saved records in a calm, visual diary style. Meal logs can include a meal type, selected food groups, portion size, fullness level, scene, water amount, notes, and an optional photo. Saving a meal log uses in-app coins, while quick water taps, reminders, archive viewing, and local guide browsing remain available as part of the core experience.
Hovie is designed for people who want mindful food and water tracking without turning everyday meals into a high-pressure task. It helps you notice patterns such as meal consistency, eating-out frequency, water progress, and weekly balance through soft visuals, gentle reminders, and weekly summaries. Optional photos are used only to build your personal in-app record and visual history.
