I didn’t get any ride till now and calling them for refund. No one is responding and their customer support team is super arrogant ### 1/5 — Trouble supporting team and no User *2024-07-30, version 2.2.3* I was a member for about 4 months at a cost of over $100 plus municipal fees, and in all that time I only received 1 trip ($20), which money disappeared from the program. Very poor support. They only automatically charge the monthly subscription fee and do not care about the passenger and the driver. No advertising and marketing. The only thing is that there are no customers and enough drivers too.
