Zero stars *2025-08-27* Bike broke down in the first 2 weeks and they won’t replace/refund. They want to send me parts to fix it myself. After only using not even 5 times chain falls out every time it’s being used. The breaks have changed drastically from the first use and it makes a horrible screeching noise. I use it with my children and this is NOT safe. App does not work like how everyone has mentioned. So false advertisement saying bike can go to 28 MPH.
