### 2/5 — Good concept but terrible data entry on Watch

This was really not designed for any currency where the prices are very large numbers such as HUF. It took me more than two minutes scrolling on the Apple Watch crown to get to 12780 HUF. Not useful at all except for currencies like USD, EUR, GBP etc where you’re likely not going into the thousands.

That should not be required to look up currencies offline. Can't even use it!

The app bases it's "convert to" currency on your device's region settings, and won't let you "change your home currency" unless you change your iOS region in iOS system settings (which requires a reboot and a re-login and a re-verify of TouchID, and forces all your system settings to think you're in your current country, even if you're just passing through).

That makes it useless for anybody who travels regularly between more than two countries.

Please follow the example of every single other currency converter in the world and allow the user to choose what currency he wants to convert BOTH from and to.

This is ridiculous.

The currency converter works perfectly on my phone but on the watch it just says I'm ready for whenever you next travel with no toher options. I tried chaning my country to somewhere different from where I currently am and it works on phone but not watch

At first I was put off by the lack of settings. Then I realized I didn't need any settings and the app did the correct thing. 

Using the Digital Crown to input prices on the watch is clever and works well for counties where the difference in currency is small. However for countries which are like 20x the home currency you wind up spinning the Dial a lot between some cheap street food and a nice dinner. I wouldn't mind having the option to have the calculator style interface on the watch as well

This is just what I needed! I was looking for an currency converter I could use off-line while I'm standing in the store or market, staring at a price tag. I don't even have to scroll down a list of countries to find the local currency; it is automatically there on my phone. Easy and convenient! Thank you!
