I’ve just paid for this fake app and I want my 0:99 back! That’s right it has nothing just a dumb message that has been disable! The worst of all is that apple apps should impose a penalty to this kind of people doing false advertisement and fake business.

I have NEVER given a bad review on an app. If it's bad I just delete it and figure it's $ lost.

NOT THIS TIME!

Do not waste a dime on this app.
It's all you tube videos. 

The App is called HOW TO DRAW - BASIC CONCEPTS. 
The description makes it sound like you're going to learn from an art teacher.

I bought this app to learn how to paint butterflies.

The very first butterfly video is a two year old (?) SCRIBBLING A MESS WITH A CAT LAYING ON THE PAPER!??!

I think I'll make an app called "how to clean up an area by a professional butler" and charge for it. Clearly "everything" is game now! 

Everyone get out your sponge and soap....now find the table the kid just scribbled in sharpie all over....

The app won’t open for me when I tap on it to open it. It says that my Wi-Fi and data are not available or turned on when they are both available and on. I even tried deleting the app and waiting a moment, and then reinstalling it on to my iPhone. It still doesn’t work.
