It doesn’t let me load the inhaler I use to move in to the next step ### 5/5 — Patient *2019-07-09, version 3.5.1* Great App. Very useful. ### 1/5 — Initially pleased, not anymore *2018-12-27, version 3.4.0* I initially liked this app. I loved using it with patients. Then they kept changing how you could access it (meaning how you paid to view it) and each time it screwed up my count. It didn’t cost that much, I’m not a complainer and I like using the app with patients so I just paid the fee and went on until I repaid the fee and it didn’t credit me. I contacted them through the website. Nothing. Wouldn’t recommend it now. ### 1/5 — Nurse Practitioner *2018-01-18, version 3.2.2* As a nurse practitioner in a very busy pulmonary clinic, I find this app to be unrealistic and misleading. I have patients who will go to sign up for the free iPad app receiving one tutorial and then will be prompted back to the App Store to purchase another app to continue to learn about their inhalers. I was also happy to see Ellipta inhaler device added once BREO was on the market, as the app stated updates would occur.
