## Most critical reviews (3 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — The authentication does not work!

*2025-07-18, version 1.1.4*

This app is horrible. The authentication does not work! I also cannot checkout an item I want to buy.

### 1/5 — Can’t check out

*2025-03-09, version 1.1.4*

Can’t check out, so you can’t buy anything. It just loads forever when you click check out.

### 2/5 — Authenticator doesn’t work

*2024-04-19, version 1.1.4*

I have tried placing my phone on the figure and on the box sticker. I tried on at least 5 different How2work toys, never worked.
