Impossible to enter payment info. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2018-05-09* I downloaded the app and tried to log in, but it kept showing the message “Internal Server Error” repeatedly. This rendered the app useless, as I couldn’t navigate any screens. Upon investigating the app’s history, it seems that this is an entirely neglected application, having not been updated in years. Not sure why the Howard County Department of Finance would be promoting this application if it’s been left ignored by developers all this time. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Cannot connect *2025-11-09* Says it needs an internet connection even when there is one. Decided to try it again in summer 2020 after getting a text notification about my quarterly bill. Redownloaded it; seems to be working again.
