## What is Howdy Dispatch?

Howdy Dispatch is the driver companion app for trucking fleets that run on the Howdy Dispatch platform. It puts every assigned load, pickup, and delivery in your pocket, so you always know what is next and dispatch always knows where you are.

This app is for drivers who have been invited by their carrier. Your dispatcher creates your account and assigns your loads. There is no public sign up. If your company does not use Howdy Dispatch yet, ask your dispatcher or visit howdydispatch.com.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Loads, start to finish
- See the loads assigned to you with pickup and delivery addresses, appointment windows, and special instructions
- Accept or decline a load, with a reason when you decline
- Move a load through each step: en route, at pickup, loaded, in transit, delivered

Capture proof on the spot
- Photograph the load, the bill of lading or manifest, and your delivery proof
- Photos upload straight to your dispatcher so the paperwork is done before you pull off

Share your location while you work
- Live GPS keeps dispatch updated on your truck during an active load
- Tracking runs only while you are on shift and on a job, then stops

Stay on top of your day
- A shift clock to go on duty, take a break, and clock out
- An hours of service summary so you can see your driving and on duty time at a glance
- A preview of your next load so you can plan ahead

Report issues fast
- Flag an incident from the road: breakdown, accident, traffic or DOT stop, cargo issue, weather, and more
- Attach photos and your location so dispatch can help right away

Finish clean
- Sign off the truck when you return to the yard and it flips to parked on the dispatcher board

Push notifications let you know the moment a new load is assigned, so you never miss a dispatch.
