## What is Howell Carnegie Library?

Harness the power of the Howell Carnegie Library anytime, anywhere! With the Howell Library app, you can access everything the library offers. Search the catalog for newly released books (or old favorites) and interesting items to borrow from our Library of Things. You can even place holds, register for upcoming events, or reserve a meeting space. The Howell Library app is almost as good as being in the library - but not quite.
