There are multiple issues. Firstly, the VPN, very commonly, does not connect to a server. Secondly, support response is extremely long, with poor results. Thirdly, this company very clearly states that it logs and uses your information. It does not properly hide it, as a VPN should do, and, this is the only reason it does not have ads, etc. It sells your data, and does not hide your information properly. They do not seem to comply with data protection laws, and so, this is a very big risk to download. Avoid it. If you really want a free VPN, get Proton VPN. It is based in an area with very strong data protection laws, and is a well known, reputable brand. This VPN works, but is not a good idea to use. This app also breaches data protection laws - is not deleting data when requested, so, I will be reporting them.
