However the former doesn't seem to work properly (Examples: I haven't gotten points for having the character in game already or for participating in character discussions.) and the Wiki has names for some characters but the photos and descriptions have been left blank. It would also be cool if the app were more intuitive. I spent a wild amount of time trying to get my accounts connected just to earn points from daily logins. All of that said, it's nice having a designated space to communicate with other fans. Pour moi le seul bémol, c’est qu’il n’y ait pas de messagerie pour parler avec les autres utilisateurs. They delete posts warning users of scams or people posting art of two men kissing *gasp*. Then refuse to delete actual scams as well as things spoiling their own games before it’s even released to everyone. They even run official events that reward SPAMMING LINKS on every single post making the app essentially unusable until the event is over because you get inundated with links in your comments. Your projects have reached a truly global audience and have built strong, diverse communities around the world. However, I would like to respectfully bring attention to an important point noticed by a large number of Arab users: the absence of Arabic language support in HoYoLAB and HoYoverse games to this day. There are millions of players and followers from the Arab world who are active members of your community—whether through gameplay, content creation, or daily interaction on your platforms. Despite this significant presence, Arabic is still not supported, which creates a real barrier for many users who wish to fully engage with the content. We understand that adding a new language requires effort and resources. However, with the current advancements in artificial intelligence and translation technologies, it may be possible to at least introduce initial Arabic support in HoYoLAB or game interfaces, and then improve it gradually over time. Adding Arabic would not simply be a language option—it would be a meaningful step that reflects genuine inclusivity toward your global community, and it would undoubtedly increase engagement, reach, and long-term loyalty. We sincerely hope this suggestion will be taken into serious consideration, as the Arab community looks forward to being fully represented in the world of HoYoverse.
