I tried a few times thinking my voucher number was incorrect then realised it’s because the vouchers can’t be used for that session time. A better error message would have saved me time. I thought I bought some dodgy vouchers!! ### 2/5 — Unable to order drinks or popcorn - only hot food *2026-05-10, version 6.4.3* Pity you can’t order drinks or popcorn/ice cream on the app, so you have to queue up with everyone else…kind of defeats the purpose of buying tickets online so you don’t have to queue…. However the rewards system is convoluted- it could be simpler. As an English speaker only I prefer to see movies in the lists without subtitles as I usually don't like reading subtitles in cinema movies. Can you please add a filter option to remove certain preferences from searches. Also like why do we have to click every filter every time we search. When I open the app it is because I want to see what’s on at the cinema and consider seeing a show. It seems that no one reads these reviews and i could not find any place to send this. My movie was today at 1:30pm and when synced to my calendar it shows tomorrow and 5:10am.
