Issues: no updates to the prayer count after I hit “Amen”, it no longer confirms in a green box on the intention page that I have prayed for an intention, and the contact form to report these issues has an error message. I have deleted and reinstalled, no change. I am using an ipad, and it used to work perfectly. I have tried both the website and the app, same issues. I hope it can be fixed, it is a wonderful idea and a wonderful community. ### 4/5 — Time stamps *2025-04-15* While I love this app and the contents of it, there seems to be an issue with the time stamps. If I start a novena today let’s say April 15, it says I started it on April 14. La pluralité des neuvaines proposées en fonction de la période de l’année m’a beaucoup aidé dans ma préparation aux sacrements de confirmation et de mariage. Bravo à tous … ### 5/5 — Superbe plateforme pour catholiques *2024-04-10* Hozana est une plateforme que j’utilise pour avoir de l’inspiration pour prier… et pour avoir d’autres personnes qui prient pour moi, et j’en suis ravi. Par contre il y a un bug: la première fois que j’ouvre l’application après téléchargement, elle s’ouvre correctement, mais lorsque je souhaite y retourner une deuxième fois, l’application ne s’ouvre pas correctement et reste bloquée sur un écran tout blanc. Pour la relancer, faut complètement “l’éteindre” pour qu’elle s’ouvre avec succès comme lors de la première ouverture. En espérant que cela peut vous aider. That said, I sometimes find it challenging to understand how to use the app. An example would be if you can put in more than one request on any specific day and if so l-how to do that. Overall easy to use and provides opportunities to receive information that might encourage you in faith journey. My favourite feature, from my experience, is that you can customise the dates you pray a novena. There are schedules but you change the dates to suit your needs. Mais a quand la sécurité de nos comptes ! *2025-05-15* Après plusieurs signalements de problèmes de compte: envoie de prières impossible à faire : coupure intempestive alors que la 5G du téléphone est sans soucis , ou limitation des messages de remerciement de bénédiction ou autre limite. Signalements sans réponses . Bref application avec beaucoup de problèmes pour les priants . Je pose la question : est on là pour subir , ou pour prier et prier pour les autres ou de devoir changer sans cesse de mots de passe - ou d’adresse email de compte sans arrêt pour être tranquille ? Et puis on se déconnecte, et malgré toute précaution prise , le compte se réouvre sans même demander le mot de passe . Signalé encore et encore rien n’est fait ou aucune prise de contacts. Il faut en arriver à venir se plaindre en public . Et on n’as pas envie de le faire . Mais à force on fini par signaler ici les problèmes. Il y a plein de neuvaines proposées, sur une multitude de thèmes ; on est accompagné chaque jour de la neuvaine avec de belles méditations et prières, des rappels par mail pour chaque jour si on le souhaite. Il y a aussi une communauté avec possibilité de poster une intention de prière, et de prier pour les intentions des autres, c’est très beau ! Il y a d’autres contenus mais que je n’ai pas encore explorés. L’application est très bien faite, le design aéré et joyeux, et les fonctionnalités ludiques. Il y a juste une chose, c’est que j’ai parfois du mal à retrouver dans mon « Coin prière » les neuvaines passées ou en cours et les jours de neuvaines précis que j’ai parfois envie de retrouver.
