When pressing the FV key the response is error. The app will calculate FV on the IPad 16 ### 2/5 — Obscures iMac Screen *2026-06-12, version 3.1.2* Emulation is so large it obscures documents on the iMac, which makes this very good performing app unusable on a full-size desktop. Possibly MORAVIA or KOALA42 can add a sizing feature to the menu. ### 4/5 — An overdue but welcome update *2026-04-12, version 3.1.2* The history of the official HP calculators is a little bit strange. It started with four - the HP 12C, the HP 12C Platinum, the HP 15C, and the HP PRIME PRO. These all had HP down as the developer, and had zero support and just a few updates in 10 or more years. It's therefore nice to see the rerelease of the HP 12C and 15C with a perfect redesign to suit today's devices. Portrait mode is now supported with the full keypad available. Sadly, the 12C Platinum was simply removed from the store, so I had to buy this 12C. Fortunately the 15C update was free. If you're an HP calculator fan like me, you'll want both the 12C and 15C. It's great that the 12C is also supported on the M-series Macs. It is nice, but I wish at least numbers could be entered from the keyboard. Also sadly, the PRIME PRO has not been updated. It's okay on iPad, but disappointing on iPhone. I don't know what internals were touch as the numerics seem unchanged. The previous release gave the appearance of a real 12c. This latest release spread the keys proportionately far apart and the key "names" are much smaller. Who cares about rearranging everything in the portrait mode. It was fine the way it was. If the 15C emulator is change in this way then I will leave the update forever alone. This is a huge disappointment. I bought a new real 12c. It's quite fast but looks the same. That's called improved. I'll just put that in my pocket from now on and leave this emulator alone. Worse, the money calculations are incorrect. Verified with an original hp12c calculator, a new one today, and a Mathematica notebook. Even got the r same answers with another iPhone/iPad app. Very disappointed. That is a good way to test this new version statistically.
